Value-Added Services (VAS)

The SMS Platform offers a number of different types of Value-Added Services (VAS), in order to cover the wide variety of needs for today's mobile marketing campaigns. Each service type will suit specific requirements, but a single client may well use as many service types as he/she wishes. To find out more information about each type, click on the links in the list below:

Opinion Value-Added Service

The Opinion Service allows you to receive plain SMS messages and record your users' opinions, comments, questions, feedback, or any other input.

Vote Value-Added Service

The Vote Service allows you to setup a vote, by defining a multiple choice question with a list of its possible answers. Each vote by an end user is sent in as an SMS message containing the keyword of the answer.

Quiz Value-Added Service

The Quiz Service allows you to setup and run a quiz as a series of multiple choice questions. In each question you need to define the list of possible answers, each with its keyword(s). Users can send their answers to the Quiz questions via SMS.

Sweepstake Value-Added Service

The Sweepstake Service allows you to run a prize draw with predefined winning codes. Codes are sent in via SMS and participants are notified accordingly as to whether they have own or not.

Register Value-Added Service

The Register Service allows you to provide member registration for your clients/users. They simply send an SMS message, and they are automatically added to a list of registered participants, which you can then use, as you wish.

OpinionPlus Value-Added Service

The OpinionPlus Service allows you to receive plain SMS messages and record your users' opinions, comments, questions, feedback, or any other input. In addition, the OpinionPlus Service allows you to edit or reject any inappropriate messages, and only accept the ones you wish.

Redirect Value-Added Service

The Redirect Service allows you to extract messages from the platform and redirect them to your own service, for further processing. After you have processed each message you can send back a response to the service, which will then forward it to the mobile user.

TVChat Value-Added Service

The TVChat Service is a service designed especially for TV Shows. It allows you to receive SMS messages from the viewers of your show. In addition, you can edit any inappropriate messages and display accepted SMS messages on screen.

Panorama Value-Added Service

The Panorama Service allows you to setup a contest or competition where users are called to answer a multiple choice question. You simply define a list of possible answers and mark the correct one. Each answer by an end user is sent in as an SMS message containing the keyword of the answer.
